A 3-month bilingual e-commerce website built for a skincare brand in Quebec City, Canada. Combining product discovery, founder storytelling, customer education, consultation booking, and operational trust contents into one clear digital storefront.
Scope of Work

Overview
Shanya is a skincare and beauty e-commerce brand offering face, body, kit, and supplement products, with messaging centered on visible results, vegan and cruelty-free standards, and products made in Canada. The site also supports bilingual and region-aware shopping, making it more than a simple storefront.
For Ubiqle, this project is best positioned as a Website Design & Development case study, with strong relevance to Information Architecture & Content Design and Integration Planning & Implementation because the site had to balance brand story, product education, shopping flows, and operational trust content in one experience.

The Challenge
Shanya needed a website that could do more than display products. The brand story, product categories, customer trust signals, and shopping experience all had to work together. Visitors needed to quickly understand the offer, browse by range or concern, evaluate products, and feel confident enough to buy. The site also needed to support a bilingual, market-aware customer experience and reinforce quality, safety, and brand credibility throughout.
For the kind of clients Ubiqle wants to attract, this is exactly the sort of complexity that matters: not just “make it look good,” but organize content, commerce, and customer confidence into a platform that actually supports operations.
The Approach
Ubiqle approached Shanya as a structured e-commerce platform rather than a basic catalog site. The homepage introduces the brand promise, featured categories, product highlights, and social proof, while the wider experience helps customers move from discovery to decision. The result is a storefront that feels more intentional and easier to navigate, with clear paths into collections, product pages, and purchase.
The build also reflects a stronger content structure. Visitors can browse across ranges like face, body, kits, and supplements, while product and collection pages reinforce how the products are meant to be understood and used. That kind of structure matters because it reduces friction for first-time buyers and makes the brand easier to trust.
Here's what we delivered

Website Design & Development
The project sits first under Website Design & Development because it is clearly a full commerce website experience, not a narrow UX-only engagement. The site includes homepage merchandising, collection browsing, product detail experiences, account and cart flows, region/language selection, and supporting brand and policy content.

Information Architecture & Content Design
This project also fits Information Architecture & Content Design. The site organizes multiple customer paths across product ranges, featured products, FAQs, trust messaging, and educational positioning. That structure helps transform a growing product business into a more coherent digital experience.
Integration Planning & Implementation
Shanya also aligns with Integration Planning & Implementation because the storefront is built around real commerce operations, including Shopify-powered shopping flows, region and language support, and connected conversion paths that support selling across markets.
Why this project matters
Shanya is a strong proof point for Ubiqle because it shows the ability to build a site that balances brand presentation with real operational needs. The experience supports category discovery, customer reassurance, and commerce at the same time. For nonprofits, public-serving organizations, and institutions, that same discipline matters in a different context: their sites also need to guide people clearly, build trust quickly, and support meaningful actions without confusion.
In other words, the Shanya project shows that Ubiqle can design and build digital experiences that are not just attractive, but structured, usable, and aligned to how an organization actually works.

Project Outcome
The result is a more professional and easier-to-use online store that helps customers discover Shanya’s products, understand the quality of the brand, and feel confident buying. The results are showing: the store’s conversion rate increased from around 0.4% in earlier months to 0.71% in June and 1.32% in July 2026.
In simple terms, more visitors are becoming customers.
This is the value Ubiqle brings: creating online stores that not only look better, but are designed to help businesses convert more of their visitors into paying customers.
